Favourites of the Day.

Ahoy there, today I want to talk about 3 of my favourites:

The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye-Makeup Remover: HERE This is a very gentle eye makeup remover which I love and I am gutted that I am running low.

Caudalie Premier Cru The Eye Cream: HERE Oh dear lord, this is a sample i got from a feelunique order. So i put it on and ihave for 2-3 days. OH DEAR LIFE. So i might only be 20 but yes I do have dehydration lines under my eyes, i have had them for ages Oh my, this works so beautifully I cant breathe from excitement!!! I need it in my life. Please Santa? I have been rather good this year? Because at 49£ I aint going to buy it any time soon maybe 2-3 paychecks later I will. ;)

Maybelline Liner Stilleto Ultimate Precision Liquid Eyeliner Black: HERE This is the best eyeliner I have used. I love it even more than my Loreal one because the tip obviously never dries. You can use it to create a thick or thin line. It is quite nice and stays on.

Cozy winter.

Fluffy Cardigan: Inspire New Look
Shirt: Barnados
Skirt: Primark
Tights: Waitrose/John Lewis Woman
Lipstick: Rimmer 10 Kate Moss

Ahoy there my lovelies, how are you? I hope you are having a very good time. The skirt i have been hunting after I bought a similar in black from H&M and I couldnt find a large in burgundy, but the other day I went into Primark and I found it in Burgundy wooooo. I was skeptical about the fit because the H&M feels like it would cover more but they are exactly the same and if you cannot find them in H&M pop into a primakr and I hope you will not be dissapointed!!

I paired it with this shirt because I like the difference the green has with the burgundy.

I could not go out without a cardigan so i put on this warm and cozy cardigan.

I love this outfit because it is so comfyyyyy...

Soap and Glory ~ Glad Hair Day Shampoo ~ Review

Ahoy there, today I want to talk to you about the Soap and Glory Shampoo.

I have another post about other Soap and Glory products that I have. I have to admit that I am quite happy with all of the products I have used from them.

When I bought the shampoo i read some reviews online and to be honest they were not the best, but i did not let that put me off. I have to have my own opinion about products.

So with that in mind, I started using it. It is true that it does not foam up imediatly as you put it on your hair but with abit of hair massage you get a lovely foam.

On the tube it says that it has a no built-up formula. IT DOES. It really does. Usually I need to change up my shampoos because they become too heavy. But with this I used this until the very last drop every single time I washed my hair without changing.

My hair last presentable for 2-3 days which is exactly what I want from a shampoo. It has the signature smell PINK of S&G. Which I adore.  Also the smell lasts for about a day I would say.

I have already repurchased it and I always cannot wait till the next time I wash my hair.

I love it and I recommend you use it as well, no matter your hair type.

I now own the conditioner as well so once I use it I will let you know what I think about it as well.

What is your favourite shampoo? Have you ever used this one?

Winter Rant.

Hello there, I am not one to be all negative and I have been putting off this post for a long time but it has started to really annoy me now.

Actually more than one thing that relate to blogging/makeup rules/LIFE.

As you are aware winter has come upon us.
(except the other side of the world and if you are there i hate you!!!(not really))
So everyone has started wearing warmer clothes, coats, cardigans etc. Which is great. Christmas is coming soon time to be Jolly.

One of the things that annoy me that all of a sudden the beauty world puts away bright pink/ coral/ fuchsia and  all other fun and ''summery'' lipsticks. WHY? WHY? WHY?

Do not get me wrong. I love me some dark lipstick. But WHY? WHY? should I limit myself to seasonal lipsticks? What I am trying to say is why do I need to hear all the time.

Oh i bought this bright lipstick but I am not going to wear it till next June? WHAT? WHAT? UGH.

So, you, paid money for a lipstick that you will not wear for at least 7 more months? and for what reason because someone has told us that we should not wear the colour lipstick all year round.

And ofcourse it goes the other way as well. Why cant I wear a dark lipstick in the summer?

I am going to bloody wear any lipstick I bloody want no matter what season it is.

Now, on a similar subject we have: (drumroll please) Dark eyes and lipstick.

Why oh Why do I have to wear a nude or pinkish lipstick when I have dark eyes or something like that.

I am going to have strong lips and strong eyes whenever the heck I want.

Last but not least.

Bloggers/Vloggers saying sorry about not posting/ lighting/ picture quality/ length of post etc.

OH MY GOD. Shut the f*ck up.

It takes longer for you to say sorry than to actually write tell me about what I came to the post/video about.

So do whatever you want, blog as often as you want. If someone does not like your lighting (etc) they will leave. And I do understand that they do it because they feel they owe the audience something but if they comment to you complaining just ignore. If it is helpful criticism I understand and take the advice on board. But stop saying i am sorry....

I think that is all I have to write about today. I better go now and put some bright lipstick on with strong eyes!!!

So do you agree with anything I talked about today or am I a stroppy little b*tch? Do let me know.

NYX soft matte lip cream ~ Review

I am writing this while on the train home from Hammershmith where i went to watch the recording of Never MInd The Buzzcocks! Actually published a week later!

But what i want to talk about now are the NYX matte lip creams. A lot of people seem to like them, so when i was visiting my mum in America i looked around for them.I bought Amsterdam and San Paulo.

I have been wearing them ever since and guess what, i really like them.
I like them for several reasons. To begin with, when i was in Greece I was wary of my lipsticks melting, as it happened in the past!! So i ended up using these matte lip creams because i knew that they would last and even if they did not i could easily reapply it without being scared it will melt in my bag/pocket.

Now, another thing i really like about them is that when they eventually start to wear off they do not go away in weird ugly patches, rather they beautifully and evenly wear away. Which means you end up with a more natural look.

Another thing i love about them is that they are compact. Many times i do not want to carry a bag so this fits great in any pocket. The price is also a big pro about these, i think they are around 7-8 dollars which for what they are i think they are worth it girl! Now how i apply them is, in clean (would be good if your lips were moisturised but i have used it many a times where my lips were not moisturised and it is still great!) i apply a coat evenly, you have a couple of minutes to play around with it but i suggest you leave it alone to dry so it will stay put! When you want to reapply do not, i say do not apply too much because it will feel heavy and too much!

Freshly applied.
After eating/drinking
At the end of the day!
I applied it again a couple of times I think! So What have you been loving lately?

Open University Essay Due Date is Today But

Do I scrap the whole essay to write a new one?

I was writing my essay when I thought ''I should listen to some music'' and I put this on youtube to watch. While watching my brain started writing another case study on Pete, then I caught my self doing what I was not able to do all this time for my previous case study. Consider systemic and sociocultural issues. What do I do now?

I suppose continue listening to the music and wish I was at the Jamm tomorrow night to see Babyshambles, or wish there are still tickets for the Brixton Academy and remember the times I met them.

Revlon Colorstay Shadow Stick Review

Another quick review! Today is about the Revlon Colorstay Shadow Stick in 201 Torch Incendiaire.

You can see the colour pay off, which is very good. This shadow stick lasts long, and looks great.

With the two colours you can create lots of different eye looks.

I like this and use it very often.

Great for travelling, or light packing.

You can also use the light shade as a highlight.  ;)

No7 Instant Radiance Foundation - Review

Today I want to write about this Foundation I bought six months ago. I chose to go buy a foundation by No7 because I wanted to try the new Foundation Match Made service where they use a little device and they match you to the perfect shade of foundation. Anyway, I wont review that experience today, (which is good) but the foundation it self.

I went to the No7 lady and I asked her for a foundation for dry skin and I got advised to use this one. It is perfect for dry skin, not too oily not too dry. It has SPF 15 which is always good to have. Something that has surprised me is that it still matches the shade of my tanned skin, which is a plus. The coverage is medium, covers redness and the odd pimple. Exactly what I look for in a foundation.

It has a nice pump which dispenses enough to product to cover. Depending my mood I might use two pumps.

I did rather enjoy spending some time at the No7 counter and the girl there was really nice.

I do recommend this foundation and I rather like it.

What is your favourite foundation?

MAC Lipstick in Please Me

Ahoy there,

I went to Hondos Center, (which is a cosmetics store in Greece) and they had -25% in MAC which you never get sales in England in MAC, so I HAD to get something. I decided to get a lipstick, I wanted to get Rooby Woo but they were out of it, so my next choice was Please me. It is a nice pink shade and it lasts since it is a matte lipstick! It will be perfect for a nude lipstick since I dont like wearing actual nude on my lips.

So if you live in Greece go and grab a bargain while you can.

Open University student tip.

Ahoy there reader,

You may or may not know that I am studying psychology at the Open University in England. I am currently doing a course in Fear and Sadness and I am about to give my essay. This is my 4th Open Univeristy module and I have come to a conclusion about a tip I would like to share with yall.

My tip for studying at the Open University is preperation and by that I mean, once start reading the related material to your essay you should take note/highlight the important bits that you think should be talked about in the essay. Now you may ask me which are those important bits. I never know but with experience you become better at locating these.

I hope this helps any one of you!

Comment and let me know if you are studying at the moment or your tip for studying.
