Tea at the Castle.

Ahoy there,

I have been rather busy these past couple of weeks so I did not have time to blog, but I always think about you, and I am trying a few products to review but that takes time so for now I have an outfit post.

Cardigan: Charity Shop 0.99p
Tank Top: Mango (really old)
Skirt: New look (off ebay)
Bag: Charity Shop 0.99p

Since I moved to england I have converted from jeans to high waisted skirts. After I bought the orange one from New Look on sale last September I wear it atleast twice a month (and that is why i am suprised it has not made it in an outfit post!)

Anyway, after I got back from Greece this past easter I decided I need more! lol So i bought this lovely one off ebay.

Let me talk to you about this bag. I bought it from a charity shop for 99p, and it is REAL LEATHER. This must be the find of the century!

More travels are yet to come this summer and I hope you keep on checking back for more posts!

I would say that this whole outfit was less than 10 pounds worth because the tank top is so old it wouldnt be worth a penny.

See ya soon!

First Impressions: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat (Anti-Chip)

Ahoy there, today I will (talk?) write about the first impressions I have on the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat.

I have never heard or read any reviews about this topcoat but I was in need of one, I saw it at boots so I bought it! That is usually the process! haha.

So I come back and put on a white nail polish (See picture HERE.) and after two minutes (as it says on the bottle) I applied 1 coat of the top coat. It says that the manicure will be dry in 30 seconds and I believe that it works!

On the box it said that it will make your manicure last for 10 days, when i saw that I was like, alright love lets put you to the test. So I did and 7 full days later I can tell you that after 7 days i got bored of the white nail polish, and chip wise I did have so tiny bits of chipping on some nails but nowhere as bad as other nail polishes.

Will I re-purchase? Hell yes.

May Favourites

Hello there, today's post is May Favourites!

Favourite Brushes.
starting from the left.

Estee Lauder Eye Shadow Brush: I have been loving this eyeshadow brush. It is big and fluffy perfect for putting on eyeshadow and blending.

Real Techniques Expert Brush: This was my first Real Techniques brush and I love it. It can be used for a range of things, from foundation, to blush, to contouring etc. I mainly use it for foundation/BB cream. It applys the product nicely.

Elf Stipling Brush: This is not the first time I have talked about this brush. This past month I used  it for blush and contouring.

Real Techniques Powder Brush: I use it to apply powder and it AMAZING. I have also used it for blush and it is quite nice aswell.

Face Products
M.A.C. Studio Fix Powder: I love to apply this with the powder brush from real techniques and it looks like I dont wear anything! You can read my review HERE.

Essence Blush in 30 Secret It-Girl: This is a orange bludh with golden shimmer. I really liked it on my face this past month!

Natural Collection Blush in Sweet Cheeks: I used this corally/pink blush when I did not feel like wearing shimmery blush aka the essence one. I like it, it does not have the best staying power, but will last a good while.

 Concealer combo
Collection (2000) concealer: Everyone loves this concealer. I cant say anythig more. I love it and it is what I use.

No7 Concealer: I use this together with the collection 2000 concealer and together they are the perfect match.

 Eyes Favourites
Natural Collection Eyeshadow in Butterscotch: This is a very light pink/white eyeshadow and as you can see i use it very much.

M.A.C. Eyeshadow in Swiss Chocolate: I love this eyeshadow. It is a nice brown colour that you can layer to make it more dramatic or leave it sheer.

Avon Supershock Eyeliner: I got this eyeliner from marie claire in their last issue and I love it. Ive used it in the waterline and on top of my lid and it works well both ways.

Maybelline Rocket Mascara: I quite like this mascara and it reminds me of the False lash effect by Maxfactor which is my favourite! I use this when I do not want a full full full effect that the false lash effect gives but more natural eyelashes.

And NEVER forget my eyelash curler!

p.s. I do not unedrstand how it gets dirty since I ONLY USE IT BEFORE I APPLY MASCARA!

Tell me your May favourites! I would love to know.
Have you used any of these products? What do you think?

Outfit of the day: Camden Rocks Festival 2013

Camden Really Rocked this past Saturday and this is what I wore.

Beanie: Stole from Alex
Jacket: Next
Bodysuit: New Look
Skirt: New Look
Tights: Waitrose
Shoes: Dr. Martens
Bag: Claires

Thankfully I wore my dr Martens because we walked so much up and down Camden High Street that i cant even recall how many times.

Makeup wise I did a simple brown/bronze eyelook, I wore a lilac lipstick from Revlon but it had wore off by the time i took the picture.

Always go to The Vex gig.
The Vex gig x2
I briefly saw other bands aswell but the main reason we went to Camden Rocks was ofcourse The vex and as per usual they didnt fail to entertain everyone.
